Join our team as Service Administrator (Longtown) Location: Longtown Hours: Full-time - 42.5hrs Reporting to: Service Manager Salary: Competitive Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent administrative support? Were looking for a Service Administrator to join our busy and friendly Service Department in Longtown. In this critical role, you will help ensure the smooth running of our daily service operations from managing job cards and service documentation to handling customer communications and keeping our Work in Progress (WIP) levels in check. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate service records and handle all admin duties Upload documents and manage bookings through various customer portals Monitor WIP and chase aged jobs to ensure timely closure and invoicing Prepare and process service invoices to meet internal and manufacturer standards Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and customers to support job progression Assist with warranty submissions, internal costing, and general paperwork Ensure GDPR compliance in all customer data handling What Were Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within a service-based or automotive environment) Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communicator professional, clear, and courteous A team player with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Dealer Management Systems is a plus Why Join Us?
