Key Responsibilities Lead and support planning applications and site promotions across multiple sectors Engage with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities Contribute to the strategic growth of the Birmingham office Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across planning, design, and environmental consultancy Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years experience in planning MRTPI Chartered or working towards chartership Strong experience in residential, mixed-use, leisure, and commercial planning Exposure to renewables or energy-from-waste projects is a plus Comfortable leading projects and engaging with clients Based within a commutable distance to Birmingham The consultancy is focused on expanding its Midlands presence, with plans to grow the Birmingham office and diversify its services.
