Machine Operatives Required Location: Bridgwater, Somerset Hours: 4 on 4 off DAYS & NIGHTS 06:45-18:45 & 18:45-06:45 Pay: 12.75 per hour (rising to 15.15 after a successful trail period) Contract Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm Competitive salary of 12.75 per hour (rising to 15.15 after a successful trial period) Overtime payments, paid at 1.5x the hourly base rate Paid breaks Pension scheme Free on-site parking Your Role Operate machinery Complete visual checks on the machine and flag any issues Quality checking the product during the manufacturing and after completion Wrapping and loading orders Contributing to effective and accurate shift handovers Work as part of a team ? What You Bring The ability to work in a fast-paced environment A positive approach to work A desire to develop their skills and work as part of a team Experience of working as a machine operative preferred, but not essential. As a strong warehouse background would also be considered. ?
