In-House Paralegal (Shareholding Disclosure)Top Legal & Compliance Management CompanyPermanent, London OfficeSalary Up To £45,000pa + BenefitsMy client, a market-leading legal and compliance management product company, is actively seeking an experienced and professional Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as their new Paralegal, in their Shareholding Disclosure team.This company focuses on derivatives, shareholding disclosure, cross-border distribution, data privacy, crypto asset regulation and more! They’re looking for someone to assist with Shareholding Disclosure – which is used by almost 500 financial institutions. As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:Assisting the legal team with drafting memoranda, instructing counsel, reviewing draft responses, amending legal documentation and assisting with legal projects.Conducting legal research Liaising with Lawyers on a regular basisOrganising and summarising informationDrafting and sending important alerts to clientsContent editing for the product itself+ much more.To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:Be educated to degree level (minimum 2:1 LLB)Have experience as a Paralegal, ideally within a technology focused company (In-House) or legal environmentHave a keen interest in working in a legal technology environmentBe able to rapidly learn new IT skillsBe able to attend the London office on a regular basisFor more information on this position and to review an in-depth job description, get in touch as soon as possible.
