Key Responsibilities : Proactively lead and manage a High Care shift, achieving KPIs across production efficiency, cost control, people, and customer service. Inspire, train, and develop Team Leaders and their teams to ensure maximum performance and engagement. Manage both permanent and temporary labour to meet daily production demands. Ensure product quality, safety, and food hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Lead and support key business and continuous improvement projects. Experience in managing diverse teams and balancing resources effectively. High levels of numeracy and literacy; confident using MS Office tools.
