Location: Horsforth, Leeds Full Time 37.5 hours per week (on-call duties required) Are you an experienced manager looking for your next big opportunity?Would you love to be part of something new - shaping a service from the very beginning and helping create a real home for the people we support?Were looking for a dedicated and passionate Service Manager to lead our brand-new supported living service in Horsforth Leeds a high-quality service supporting 3 people living in one home. About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to set up a new service and lead from the front. Youll be responsible for establishing high standards of care and support, recruiting and developing your team, and ensuring the service becomes a safe, welcoming, and enriching home for the individuals who live there. Your responsibilities will include: Recruiting and managing a skilled support team Embedding a positive, person-centred culture from day one Working closely with families, commissioners, and professionals Overseeing all aspects of compliance, safeguarding, and quality Managing rotas, performance, and budgets Ensuring the needs and aspirations of the people we support are always at the centre of what we do Participating in the on-call rota as part of your leadership responsibilities What Were Looking For: Were looking for a confident, caring and organised leader with a genuine passion for high-quality, personalised care. Essential: NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) A minimum of 2 years management experience in a supported living or residential care setting Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs Strong knowledge of CQC standards and best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills The ability to inspire and build a new team Why Join Cavalry Healthcare?
