We currently have a committed and experienced team of eleven people, including 6 highly experienced installers and a second year apprentice.We pride ourselves on our level of customer service as well as expertise, which is reflected in that fact that we have received 100's of positive reviews on Checkatrade, Facebook and Google since we started trading in 2018.In 2024 we engaged with a business coach and marketing team to improve our processes and promote our business. We will shortly be implementing a CRM system to improve our processes and further enhance our customer experience.We have now acquired a showroom in Harrogate to add to our existing one in Leeds, which will be completely fitted out with high quality displays and a brand new working environment before opening.The products we install are from high quality manufacturers such as Porcelanosa, Hansgrohe, Dansani and Ca'Pietra.We are proud to have a business run by genuine people operating within our core values of Quality, Service and Trust and truly excited by this next step on our journey. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR - Senior Bathroom Designer We are looking for an experienced Senior Bathroom Designer with a minimum of Three years experience working in a mid - high end bathroom showroom. CAD experience to create professional designs Passionate about bathroom design and sales. Self motivated, flexible, positive, confident and likeable personality. Strong verbal and written communication skills inc MS 365. Technical knowledge Valid driving license with own transport DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL Familiarity with EQ (easy quote) Experience with CRM THE ROLE As our Senior Bathroom Designer you will: Be our customer's initial point of contact in our new prestige showroom Offer expert advice and guidance Carry out detailed surveys Produce accurate detailed quotes from which to present Have the ability to turn customers preferences, requirements, and style into realistic and stunning designs Manage your activity, appointments and emails utilising CRM Ultimately close sales WHAT WE OFFER Competitive basic salary of 30k plus unlimited bonus scheme Realistic OTE 50k+ from year 1 inc guaranteed 6 months bonus.
