Overview of the role- Ensure all apartments are cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire property under your remit. Responsible for achieving and exceeding our guest satisfaction score and inspections To comply with Health and Safety policy and all required regulations. To oversee maintenance activity and report any issues. To complete all administrative duties required, deep cleans & training . The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Housekeeping experience within a hotel environment Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting Ability to follow instructions accurately and within the correct timescale and deadlines Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times Good written and spoken English. Assist with cleaning bedrooms and public areas. Complete all management tasks given. Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Effectively manage the department to ensure cleanliness of all public areas, apartments and corridors. Recruit, train and develop all housekeeping staff, include providing ongoing feedback and coaching. Ensure adequate control of linen and to liaise with the laundry to ensure adequate available stocks. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous similar experience as Team Leader in Hotels You will be able to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
