This role will give you the platform to influence and manage high-value procurement projects across the organisation.Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.The RoleReporting into the Head of Procurement and working closely with the programme manager, youll be responsible for leading procurement activity across a key workstream. This will involve: Overseeing the full lifecycle of complex RFPs, ensuring integrity, consistency, and transparency throughout Acting as the key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external suppliers Developing and maintaining RFP documentation, including templates, timelines, and evaluation frameworks Collaborating with SMEs to gather and articulate technical and business requirements Supporting the creation of commercial models and pricing strategies Working with Finance to shape and inform business cases Contributing to committee papers and wider project governance deliverablesAbout YouWe welcome applications from individuals who may not meet every requirement but demonstrate strong procurement expertise and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.You should bring: Proven experience in a senior procurement role, ideally within IT, digital, or data-focused projects Hands-on knowledge of managing end-to-end RFPs and vendor negotiations Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Commercial awareness and the ability to balance value with strategic priorities Excellent written and verbal communication abilities A data-informed and analytical approach to procurement decisions MCIPS qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essentialWhat Youll Get Competitive salary: 80,000 100,000 per annum Benefits: Comprehensive package including pension, holiday, and more Work/life balance: Hybrid working with flexibility Impact: A senior role in a flagship transformation programme Culture: Collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: 80,000.00-100,000.00 per yearBenefits: Work from homeWork Location: In person
