Summary We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Willow Alexander. Located in the heart of London and the southeast, this role is vital in ensuring our clients' homes and gardens are maintained to the highest standard while supporting our mission of sustainability. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques in line with our sustainability goals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices is a plus.
