This role will be predominantly hands-on, working closely with both the factory manager and the factory Foreman to ensure that we adhere to project timescales while maintaining quality. Duties Provide support to the factory manager and Foreman, including assisting with scheduling. Have a good understanding of technical drawings. Be proficient in operating factory machinery such as: Band saw, Guillotine, Brake press, Emmegi CNC, various other machines and hand tools. Use organised electronic filing systems to keep all job-specific documentation to hand. Collaborate with team members on various projects and lead by example. Ensure the factory environment is kept tidy and well-organised at all times. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction within the team and with external stakeholders. Ability to adapt to new software systems (ERP system), full training will be given.
