Salary - max £70k (+ benefits)Location - REMOTE predominantly, however occasional travel to office (Lancashire region) may be required once every few weeks.Our client is hiring for an experienced BA to join their existing team to help with the workload. This is largely project based work, assisting our client with their customer's digital transformations.Experience working directly (or via consulting partners) with Local Governments is ESSENTIAL, and working on streamlining Revenue & Benefits processes would be highly DESIRABLE.Experience:Operational change (rather than technical)Local Government BodiesRevenue & Benefits process knowledgeVisio (or similar)Lean 6 SigmaDigital TransformationKey Tasks:Organise, specify and model business requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous, map to the business need being addressed taking appropriate cognisance of all relevant statutory, regulatory and quality standards.Apply modelling, requirements gathering and process mapping techniques to support business change and new business initiatives.Analyse processes documented to evaluate and identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement. These may comprise both “quick wins” and longer term prospects for enhancement. Presenting these proposals in recognised formats to both technical and managerial stakeholders through verbal and written communication.Maintain all required documentation including process maps and specifications to support the business change and development programme.Ensure appropriate communication is maintained to understand the business needs and align with business priorities.Consider and evaluate the opportunities and potential risks attached to the recommendations made, suggesting appropriate mitigation options.Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations.Benefits:Annual Leave 26 days base entitlement (going up to 28)Life AssuranceDefined contributory pension scheme, the company will match the employee contribution rate up to a maximum of 6%Employee assistance programmeSingle person BUPA+ more
