This role requires expertise in managing payroll projects within fast-paced, private equity-backed environments, as well as hands-on experience with ADP Payroll adoption projects. If you possess strategic thinking, project management excellence, and strong leadership abilities, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the re-planning and turnaround of critical payroll projects.Ensure all payroll processes comply with relevant regulations.Design and implement new payroll systems to enhance efficiency.Lead ADP Payroll adoption projects successfully.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Lead and motivate project teams to achieve desired outcomes.Implement change management strategies to facilitate project success.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in payroll processes.Key RequirementsProven experience in managing payroll projects within private equity-backed organizations.Extensive experience with ADP Payroll adoption projects.Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.Excellent risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.Demonstrated leadership and effective communication ability.Experience in change management and resource management.Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) are advantageous.
