Responsibilities include fault diagnosis, evaluation of returned products, and completion of detailed survey reports. The position also covers repair, servicing, and functional testing of returned items, as well as assembly and testing of spare parts orders. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and contribute to investigations is essential.
